Warehouse Pilot
Mobile ops for SAP warehouses

Run your warehouse
from a tablet.

Warehouse Pilot brings your SAP warehouse monitor — tasks, stock, inventory, deliveries — into a fast, search-first mobile app your team actually wants to use.

See how it works

Screens shown are illustrative. Warehouse Pilot connects to your own SAP system over your own network — no warehouse data passes through us.

The gap on the floor

The warehouse monitor is powerful. It just isn't where the work happens.

Everything a supervisor needs already exists in SAP — it's simply locked behind a desktop layout that was never designed for an aisle. Warehouse Pilot re-imagines that same information for mobile execution, without changing a line of your SAP system.

On the desktop today

  • A dense desktop grid, pinch-zoomed on a screen nobody wants to hold
  • Supervisors walk back to a terminal to confirm a task or check a bin
  • Counts written on paper, then re-keyed hours later
  • Exceptions surface long after the wave has slipped

With Warehouse Pilot

  • Search-first cards built for gloved hands and one-handed use
  • Confirm, cancel, assign and post from where the work happens
  • Counts entered on the tablet post straight back into SAP
  • Overdue and blocked work is visible the moment it happens
What's inside

Every operational area, rebuilt as cards.

The same areas your supervisors live in on the desktop — searchable, tappable and fast on a tablet.

Outbound

Picking, packing and shipping tasks in one queue — confirm or cancel straight from the card.

confirm · cancel · assign

Inbound

Inbound deliveries, goods receipt and putaway, from the dock to the destination bin.

receipts · putaway

Stock & Bin

Live stock by product and bin, with stock type, quantities and shelf-life in a tap.

stock · bins · shelf-life

Physical Inventory

Count on the device and post differences back into SAP — no paper, no re-keying.

count · post differences

Resources

See who is working what, so supervisors can rebalance the floor before a wave slips.

resources · queues

Alerts & Exceptions

Overdue, blocked and failed work raised the moment it happens, not at end of shift.

overdue · blocked

Handling Units

Look up a handling unit, see its contents and location, and follow it through the process.

How it works

Live in days, not quarters.

Three steps, no development project, and your connection stays yours end to end.

  1. 01

    Activate your organisation

An admin activates Warehouse Pilot for the organisation and issues a single access code for the team.

  2. 02

Enrol devices, sign in with SAP

Workers install the app, enter the code to enrol the device, then sign in with their own SAP user. Credentials stay on the device.

  3. 03

    Live data, straight from SAP

The app talks to your SAP gateway over your own network using standard services. No middleware, no custom ABAP.

Your SAP system

you own & configure it

Our cloud is used only for licensing and device activation — never for warehouse data. Tasks, stock, deliveries and counts travel between the tablet and your SAP system only.

Security & compliance

Your data stays on your side of the wire.

Warehouse Pilot was designed so that the safest answer to "where does our warehouse data go?" is the simplest one: nowhere new.

Direct connection over TLS

The app talks to your SAP gateway across your own network, encrypted in transit. There is no middleware hop in between.

Per-user named authentication

Every worker signs in with their own SAP user, so your existing authorisations and audit trail apply exactly as they do today.

No warehouse data stored by us

Tasks, stock, deliveries and counts never pass through or rest on our infrastructure. Credentials stay on the device.

Device enrolment & revocation

Devices join with an organisation activation code, sit under a device limit, and can be revoked remotely at any time.

Clear separation of duties

You configure and own the SAP connection. We provide the app and the licence — never the keys to your system.

Pricing

Free to download. One subscription per organisation.

The app itself is a free download. You subscribe once for the organisation, choose a device band, and start with a free trial.
